Ways to pay

• Pay online through Razorpay's secure checkout: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. The exact options depend on what Razorpay offers for your payment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your PIN code and order.

Online payment security

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Stirzo never sees or stores your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but your order wasn't confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within [5–7] business days. If not, contact us at [not yet configured] with the transaction details.

When an online payment discount is available, it is shown on the product page and at checkout, and applied before you pay.
